You want to make sure that you're engaging with folks who are different from you to help expand your worldview, broaden your horizons, and make sure that you are doing everything you possibly can to create an inclusive culture here.
Only then can we do our best work and grow as an organization. So it's really important no matter what level you are, what role you are, if you're a new joiner, if you are very tenured within the organization, all are welcome and there's so much you can learn.
