• Roadside Assistance services are arranged by a select national vendor.
• If you're a Travelers customer and do not have Roadside Assistance Coverage, we can offer you Roadside Assistance at your own expense through our vendor and its national network of providers.

Having issues with an existing Roadside Assistance request?

Do you need to request reimbursement for a recent tow?

If you have a personal auto policy click the reimbursement form link to submit a roadside assistance reimbursement request. If you have a business auto policy, call 1.800.238.6225.
