Getting set up to do your audit is a virtually seamless process.

First, you'll get a letter outlining the documents you'll need to complete the audit. Having everything ready to go before you start will help speed up the process.

To begin the Premium Audit registration process, enter the Temporary User ID and PIN provided in your invitation letter.
Within the application, you will be able to control, delegate, who has access to your account.

Once you have that information organized, log in or register on our secure website at Travelers.com.

And ID and PIN type into the boxes, Temporary User ID and PIN. The cursor clicks a red button labeled, Agree and Continue.

If you're new, your registration info can be found right in your letter.

Just select Add document. Then browse and select your file and click Open. You'll see a list of all your uploads in the Received Documents area so you can easily keep track and verify you've met all the category requirements. And by the way, if you're worried about the term audit, don't be.
