"Overdraft" University Symposia Series

On November 4, 2013, student groups at Wesley College in Dover, Delaware, organized for an event on the national debt hosted by the Department of Political Science, The Can Kicks Back and the Travelers Institute. The Student Government Association, Students for Political Awareness, Young Americans for Liberty and Enactus convened their members and peers for a screening of the nonpartisan debt documentary, “Overdraft,” which aired on public television stations across the country. Following the screening, former Delaware Gov. and U.S. Representative, Michael Castle joined Delaware State University Economist Richard Bieker and The Can Kicks Back Co-Founder Nick Troiano for a discussion on the national debt.
