Enrollment participation discount
Save up to 10% during the first policy term if all eligible drivers enroll, download the app, register, enable permissions and take a drive.
Impact to the policy premium at renewal
Save up to 35% at renewal for safe driving behaviors. Riskier driving habits will result in a higher premium.1
Renewal participation discount
Save up to 2% when the policy is renewed if eligible drivers remain in the program and continue to participate.
What is measured?
Throughout the life of the policy, the app will evaluate certain driving behaviors.
Braking
Braking hard or coming to an abrupt stop is not only bad for your brakes but can be an indicator of following too closely. A minimum three-second following distance between you and the driver in front of you is recommended so that you have more time to react.
Speed
Traveling at higher speeds can cause more frequent and severe accidents. To help stay safe and have enough time to react to hazards around you, avoid driving at higher speeds.
Time of day
We know you cannot always control your schedule, but roads can be more dangerous late at night and early in the morning. Avoid driving between the times of 10 p.m. and 5 a.m.
Distraction
Distracted driving is dangerous and puts you and others at a higher risk of an accident. Stay focused and avoid interacting with your phone while driving. Activities that divert attention from driving should be avoided when you are behind the wheel.
