Jim Gustin is a Property Technical Director with Travelers Risk Control. His expertise is in property risk control, fire protection, catastrophe and natural disasters. With nearly three decades of industry experience, Jim has been Travelers “go-to” source for weather-related property risks for many years. In addition to his roles within Travelers Risk Control, Jim has also been deployed on Travelers CAT (catastrophe) duty, helping customers through the claim process. He also represents Travelers as a member of the Commercial Lines Committee at the Insurance Institute for Business and Home Safety (IBHS).
