New Technology Hub to Drive Innovation in Insurance
Travelers’ technology enables us to better serve our customers, our company and our communities. For example, tech innovation allows us to speed relief to wildfire victims, help prevent injured people from developing chronic pain and expose a criminal fraud ring exploiting people experiencing homelessness.
Travelers Tech – Atlanta, our first office dedicated solely to strategic technology initiatives, expands our ability to develop innovative technology solutions that empower people. Part of our investment in future technology, this new hub is an exciting development along the long path of innovation, tech evolution and new ways of working.

Travelers Tech – Atlanta will attract top talent in artificial intelligence, engineering and data science, employing 70 technologists.
Atlanta was a natural choice for our new office, given our existing and substantial presence in Georgia.
Travelers has long been a leader in developing digital tools, winning two Gartner Eye on Innovation awards and receiving 71 patents in just the past five years. This new center will expand those capabilities as we build the insurance company of the future.
The Atlanta undertaking is an investment that allows us to push boundaries and explore new solutions and capabilities.
